General Terms and Conditions
- All prices are per 7 days and include electricity, heating (in winter), bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, cleaning cloths, 1 parking space per flat, internet.
- Tourist tax: 1,45 euro per person per day, children up to 14 years are free of charge (includes bus ticket for the whole valley).
- Final cleaning depending on departure from a minimum of Euro 20,00 to a maximum of Euro 80,00 per unit.
- Arrival between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m., departure by 9 a.m.
- Bookings are only binding after payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount.
Cancellation Protection and Charges
- The 30% deposit will be retained in any case and will not be refunded.
- To 31 days before departure 40% of the agreed amount
- From 30 to 11 days before departure 70% of the agreed amount
- From 10 days before departure or early departure 100% of the agreed amount
- We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance in order to book without worries.
